I read a clear threat to the victim if she waits until after rush to disclose the emails. What else could this PHC person be trying to say? So this person who claims to represent PHC needs to clarify what she meant or there will be no cooperation from us. Further, how did these sororities get contact information and apparently review facebook pages as they mentioned in one of the emails?
