Theta confuses the hell out of everyone during rush. Girls who are STUNNING and thought they had a serious connection end up getting dropped. Meanwhile, the weirdest girls get invited back. Rude, condescending, unfriendly girls get invited back. Girls who end up in Kappa and DG are often dropped from Theta after CONVO DAY. I have a theory that Theta makes a point to immediately drop girls they know will pick Kappa or DG on pref night over them. I think they do this so they can keep their return rate artificially high.
