About 60-70 sounds right! It depends on how many of the rooms are singles, doubles, triples, or quads. Some houses have even bigger rooms! Like above said, it's usually a combo of house points (from attending events and holding positions) and seniority that determines who can live in. Girls are always looking for people to take their spaces when they go abroad, and some girls decide not to live in (sometimes when they're seniors) because they want to be in an apartment with their friends when they're not subjected to all of the rules of living in the house. I live in my house and I love it! So much fun living with your friends, would definitely recommend!
