I think the average house fits around 60 girls. If you want exact numbers you can ask during house tour round; that would be a question that the girl you're talking to would be prepared to answer. Who gets to live in also varies from house to house; usually it's a combo of points (from attending events) and seniority. You could also ask about that during rush. Generally speaking if you want to live in and are a reasonably active member of your sorority you'll get your chance at some point. There are even some freshman who move into their house in their first spring semester, since a few spots open up from girls going abroad.
