Also from the south (definitely wealthy but my enormous house in Atlanta is probably worth as much as a crappy house in some nice LA areas) and it's really not that hard to fit in. There will be girls in your house wearing Valentino to everything, but I'm essentially cut off from my parents and manage to dress semi-luxuriously with nice clothes and makeup that I buy and people think I'm loaded because of the way I dress. You don't need to be super rich, just dress yourself well, and I imagine you know how to do that being from the south. As for what people generally consider rich, I'd say your ~average~ sorority girl has parents that bring in 300k. Good luck with rush!
