They accept all transfers, whether or not those girls would've gotten into the house at USC or not. To not get accepted you would have to be incredibly mean to someone or break a rule before being accepted in. And the transfers generally make friends in the house really fast if they try. This is true not only of kappa but of ALL houses. Do not worry about it. Kappa, DG and Theta (dont know about the rest) will even let a few transfers live in before they meet a single girl in the house. They save some spots for that. So calm down.
