TKE is a decent house at USC. But then again most TKE chapters outside California range from decent or upper middle to tops to some real top-notch. So the fact that they are decent here is not a surprise. But with all that going for them how come they cannot break into top 3 here? Why the self promoting? And for the ones really in "the know" the only other reason you are decent here is because your billionaire alumni help you out. Without them you'd be bottoms. Nuff said
