I never said I was an expert on Texas. You ever notice that people are always from Texas, never moving to Texas. I never met one person that says they want to move to Texas. I'll bet if you did a survey, most people want to live in Manhattan Beach or the Palisades and very few say Texas. Seems to me most people don't want to be there and would rather be here or some other place with more culture, art, fantastic restaurants and interesting people. You don't get much culture in a place where everyone drives a pick-up truck and works in the dirty oil industry or for Walmart. As for Starbucks, I'll be sure and leave a little something extra in tip jar when you finally get my latte just right.
