Arizona chapters got kicked off dude. Flagship is Ohio State, Univ of Washington is close second. If they were at USC Phi Psi would be a far far second. Miami is alright. Akron is really good but they are in a small greek system as is Whitman College. USC is good for California but not a top TKE chapter. They are comparable to TKE at Penn State as an example.
