My opinion as a guy in a top house (won't say which one because I'm trying to be unbiased) Kappa- Has the most standouts, but also has its fair share of girls that aren't extremely attractive. Kappas, out of all the top houses, are probably the most stuck up. DG- The hot girls in DG aren't necessarily more attractive than the hot girls in Theta, but DG has a much better average than theta does. DGs are a great time but can also be kinda snobby at first. Theta- Completely 50/50; half of their sorority is really hot, and the other half is extremely questionable. That being said, Thetas are the most down-to-earth out of all the top houses. Pi Phi/ Alpha Phi- Pretty much the same in my eyes, wouldn't consider either a top house (more like upper-middle), but they do have a handful of very attractive girls if you know where to find them. Don't really hangout with girls in other houses so I can't comment on them.
