LXA is not has never been and most likely will never be the top house at USC. They have been upper middle at best. Had it not been for SN getting kicked off years back they might be lower. Sigma Chi which started at USC since 1890 has been the top house for decades. In the last 15 years or so TKE has given them a run for their money and are the new ATO of the 1980-2000 era but still Sigma Chi is by far the number 1.
