The playbook on this is Stanford. Stanford killed their greek system one house at time in a methodical and calculated manner. They had one thing SC doesn't have, complete ownership of all the frat properties. USC once owned several of top frats (not all of them!) but spent the last 10 years selling them to the frats who occupied them. They did this for reasons completely unrelated to closing down the greek system. Now after they sold every frat property on or near the row, the row walks away from SC and SC has no leverage other than to lie and put frat names on websites with warnings. Here is your SC frat warning label: "This Frat May Contain Dangerous Guys and Activities". Same guys SC accepted as freshman with top grades and honors out of high school. Lots of girls like these so called dangerous guys and the warning will be ignored and then some. Stanford kicked the frats out and went about changing the appearance of every old frat to the point they are unrecognizable today by their alums. SC screwed themselves and will pay the price for their incompetence and poor leadership. These are same people who have been in charge at every scandal that has hit SC in last few years. Billions have been paid out in settlements from SC for their misdeeds and greek system has given SC the ultimate F-ckyou and Goodbye! Nice job Folt and all your recent previous jackasses you replaced. You f-cked this one up really bad.
