Agree with order but tiers look like: Top: SX (classic OC frat) TKE (Also top but different vibe, sick parties) Upper: LXA (Still cool but not old lambda) Sammy (Steady and good parties) ZBT (No house this sem set them back here) Upper Mid: Phi Sig (Consistent, good PCs) Pike (Good parties and improving relations) Mid: KA (Good parties, coming back from suspension is difficult) Phi Delt (Solid guys and getting more involved socially) Lower Mid: Chi Phi (would be higher if they weren’t on suspension) KSig (Great guys, great PC) Lower: DTD/PhiTau (Both in tough spots) Compare it to any other school’s Greek Life and all these houses would be bumped up a tier
