The truth is Lambda Chi Alpha has been a top house for decades while SX has been falling for years. Most don't know but the old Lambda house was on University just south of 29th. It was burned to the ground after one of the biggest and most expensive parties to have ever occurred just to put an exclamation point on the event. Lambda has always been the home to top athletes and SC's movers and shakers. Sig Chi has graduated more failed life insurance salespeople than any other house.
