tke isn't close to being top. i'd say lambda/sigma chi/phi psi are the top three (and can be exchanged based on personal preference). sae isn't close to what it used to be, but it's still better than tke. aepi is better than tke, too, and has always had exchanges with the top sororities, whereas tke is just beginning to get them
