Seriously. You couldn't pay me enough to date a guy from any of those houses you listed. A lot of girls like guys in the quirkier houses. Really. I know for a fact that a lot of the "lower tier" fraternities get girls. They just don't pump their chests and act like douches. Try some of the other houses. Don't tell them that you didn't get into the douchey houses. Just act confident. You might be surprised to find real brotherhood, and you might meet some cool girls in the next couple of years. If that doesn't work out, it is all okay. Being in a fraternity isn't everything.
