It's just people trolling. Most likely only a few people posting over and over again. It's the Internet, and you can't tell who people are; could be that these trolls aren't greeks at all, or they could even go to a different school. I've never actually met anyone at USC with that sort of outwardly nasty attitude. Don't put your trust in what you see on this site.
