TKE / SX / LXA ZBT / Sammy / KA Phi Sig / Pike Top three have been top tier for quite a while now and are pretty much on the same level. Mid three are all lacking in one area (relations, parties etc.) but are similar. Pike and Phi Siq still have some ways to go.
