Thank you for your honesty. I appreciate knowing. I wanted to return to the states earlier, but got caught up in research and job here. Now I'm getting a degree from the US,because my degree here in Africa doesn't hold as much water as a US degree. I'm scheduled to finish in 2.5 years because USC will transfer some of my courses. I really just wanted to join, because my mom, aunts and grandmothers were in sororities. I always felt a little sad I never did it. I thought I could join now and I could offer diversity, being a little older and having international experience. But I guess not. I do appreciate your honesty.
