Sororities and fraternities owe everything to tradition as does USC. If you think otherwise, you should not be part of the Greek system. Greek organizations aren't political and have nothing to do with societies problems real or imagined. They are about brotherhood and sisterhood and a share experience. The for sale sign next to Theta is all you need to know about Theta. When the property sells, Theta gets nothing, not a penny.
