Ok literally, both these houses are great. For some reason people come on greek rank and try to tear down pi phi, idk if people all just gang up on the house or if it's really one girl/group/house doing it but in reality the top frats still do their events with them, they have a stunning physical house, and their members are beautiful and nice. No matter how much smack people talk on here, that does not change. Tridelt also has pretty and friendly girls, a nice house and a large group of members. You can't go wrong with either. But also give the other houses a chance.
