Chi Omega doesn't even exist at USC and they are the largest national sorority (most members). Hard to measure best national reputation. Kappa is great here, but just folded at another CA school-- Tri Delt is good here and bottom at UCLA. Need to join where you fit at THAT school -- not somewhere else. For guys, Phi Psi is good here and hardly exists anywhere else. SAE is big in the south and falling apart here.
