TKE has slipped below Sigma Nu and TKE is middle tier NEVER has been considered top tier with Lambda and Sigma. Of course TKE needs two houses, when you blanket bid everyone that walks though the door, those rushees can all get bid to the top two fraternities Lambda Chi and Sigma Chi and now even middle tier Sigma Nu gets to pick before TKE. Good thing Lambda and Sigma Chi are so exclusive and hard to get a bid from, if they both blanket bid like TKE they would need 30 houses each and there wouldn't be any rushees left for anyone below them like TKE.
