I'm going to try to break this down in the most fair, analytical way possible: Phi Psi / Sigma Chi / Lambda Chi -- I don't think anyone disagrees that these houses make up the top three. But let's dig a little deeper. Who is most likely to be here in three years? Not Lambda: they are a disaster waiting to happen. Phi Psi has better alumni, but not nearly the network of Sig Chi. So that makes this easy: 1. Sigma Chi 2. Phi Psi 3. Lambda The next group is more complex. SAE, AEPi and TKE. Lot's of jockeying for position going on here. But the sororities make the SAE rank easy. Homecoming? TKE and Theta, AEPi and Alpha Phi, SAE and? Exchanges? AEPi and Pi Phi, TKE and DG, SAE and Alpha Phi. Next is money. SAE is a financial disaster. AEPi and TKE have lots of money. So #4 is between AEPi and TKE. Tie breaker is momentum. TKE has it, AEPi does not: 4. TKE 5. AEPi 6. SAE The next group is pretty much everyone else. Here is the breakdown: 7. ZBT -- has the history and is making a comeback 8. Sigma Nu -- should be better, keeps f-cking up 9. Pi Kapp -- no one wants to admit it, but they are rising 10. Kappa Sig -- better than ATO, Pike, Beta, and Phi Delt. Just a judgment call. and there you go Tommy... just the facts
