Pi Kapp is probably the best up and coming frat on the row. They have a 130 sick guys and are considered by most to be the frattiest frat on the row. Many top tier girls (Kappa, Theta & DG) date Pi Kapps or at least hook up on a regular basis. Pi Kapp has been strong in Ironman and looks to take the trophy from the cheaters that won last year. It's time to consider Pi Kapp top tier or at least knocking on the door!
