TOP HOUSES: 1. TKE- best of top houses in rush. large house with good consistency. best physical house on the row. 2. Sig Chi- disappointing PC, but reputation and sorority relations maintain its place. 3. Lambda- terrible PC, disappointing parties, bad brotherhood. Legacy will only maintain this house so long. APPROACHING TOP: 4. Sig Nu- ambitious social boosts this houses' consistent, strong, but predictable brotherhood. Could have done better in rush. 5. Sammy- one of the best PCs other than TKE and growing social relations off of suspension however still behind other houses in this area. BEST OF THE REST: 6. AEPI- low quality PC- but sorority relations still hang over from graduated classes. Party space yet to be proven. 7. ZBT- slowly stabilizing after a few year slide. New PC inconsistent but higher in quality than other houses. GROWING 8. PIKE- still overall mixed on quality and their party this year did not pop off. Will begin sliding back down if something doesn't change 9. Phi Sig- will pass Pike soon if their parties keep their quality (BOB this weekend) and their PCs keep up their high outlook 10.
