I am currently a freshman who is in the process of rushing. After round 1, I only got called back to three houses (DTD, Chi Phi, Phi Tau), none of which were in my top eight choices. I feel like I had meaningful conversations in the other houses and even knew some of the brothers before I rushed. I was really shocked to see that all of my top choices had dropped me. Are there any other freshmen in similar situations? Is it best to continue with the rush process or just drop at this point? Any tips on how to improve if I decide to rush next semester?
