I'm interested to see what happens. Younger girls forget SDT started out with a house on the Row. I think joining as a freshman at AGD would get the best benefits at this point. To the OP who wants to join as a junior...by the time the house has any established traditions, the physical house is finished renovating, and the house finds a real "personality" you'll be already graduated...for freshman it would be most worth it but to the OP...it's very likely that whatever you disliked about either AXO or SDT (where you preffed and went to informal with one of them right?) will only follow you to AGD.
