What everyone is missing is than PNMs need to pass on any bids not considered top tier. It's time that Panhellenic did away with the dead weight of the sororities that have no business being on the row. Just because you have a house on the row doesn't mean you deserve to be there. The row sororities should only be the top houses with the prettiest most sociable girls. I'm proposing that we build a second tier row for lower houses. Maybe Portland street or somewhere further north of 28th. The houses that move should turn their 28th street properties over to the better houses for parking and event functions. This would be win-win for everyone!
