SIG CHI: They were on top last semester-- still on top. Super chill. LAMBDA: Seems to be gaining more energy after a few slow semesters. Uncertain if it will continue. TKE: Yes, still third. Going to homecoming with Kappa and still pulls better PCs. However, other frats are creeping up. ---lil gap--- SIGNU: Although the gap is quickly shrinking above them, still not quite a top house in terms of PC and sorority relations. However, throws great parties and is improving in all aspects. SAMMY & AEPI: Both houses have comparable PCs. AEPI has better sorority relations while Sammy, although taken from AEPI, has a better house and throws better parties. --lil gap-- ZBT: Still in the Great Fratcession and can't seem to come out of it. Hopefully, their darty points to a promising semester ahead of them. Needs to do better in rush. Pike: Has just moved up into the lower-end of mid-tier. Needs to still improve PC quality and keep throwing good parties. Has to keep image clean. --lil gap-- PHI SIG and PHI DELT: One has risen and one has fallen. Phi Sig seems to be fraternally imbued with a future while Phi Delt's is nowhere to be seen. --gap-- The Rest: I guess the Beta-Chi Phi merger and moving onto the row might help them.
