Sororities need cute pledges: If you are hot, you are worth more than gold to a sorority. A sororities entire status is based on what the top tier frats think about them. The way frats determine who is best is based strictly on the PC's overall appearance. Guys in frats make this determination on appearance alone. No one cares if you are nice (inside). This outside appearance may seem unfair but this is how the sorority system operates. An example of how this works is DG. After three PC of less than stellar girls, they have fallen in the real rankings. You will still hear guys say DG is a top house however that is often followed by something about the older girls being prettier than the current pledges. This is a bad sign for any sorority and especially DG. Hopefully they will turn things around in the next few weeks.
