I don't understand why some of the nicest fraternities and sororities are rated the lowest. Like Theta is a tof four sorority but they are ranked the lowest of the four even they are the nicest. The same with Chi Phi, as they ranked in the lowest tiers and have genuinely nice guys. What gives?
