As a girl in Theta, I can virtually guarantee you that we don't care about your wealth or even your looks. We DO care if you are a nice person and are sociable. Other sororities, like Kappa and Delta Gamma care mostly about looks and wealth (both are necessary prerequisites in those two houses.) Theta is a top house nonetheless and we are probably the least superficial of the top 4 houses.
