True! USC/DPS is switching up the rules this year so each week the tailgate situation changes. There will be no approved tailgates on the Row this week - on campus only. The following Friday night game there won't be any approved tailgates on the Row or elsewhere because it's an academic day. Whether or not houses follow this and throw something anyways before inevitably being shut down is anyone's guess. After that between 5-8 frats (chosen by lottery) will be allowed to have tailgates at their houses for the games after those depending on the week, with the exception of the Notre Dame game over Thanksgiving which I believe is back to none at all. In general though, any girls can go to any tailgate usually until it hits capacity. Boys usually have to be in the house/know someone to get them on the list, same as any frat party.
