With Phi Psi getting kicked out there are only two fraternities considered top tier, and they have been considered "Top tier" for over a decade. After Lambda Chi and Sigma Chi the quality drops precipitously and #3 cannot be considered in the same league and Lambda Chi or Sigma Chi. It seems the fallout from Phi Psi leaving has only helped Lambda Chi and Sigma Chi with both fraternities increasing dramatically in membership. Rushees that would have looked into Phi Psi are now only considering Lambda Chi and Sigma Chi and refuse to rush lower tier houses like TKE
