Some people are saying Pi Phi is moving down in ranks and Alpha Phi is moving up. How does this moving up and down happen? Is this all based on looks? Also, do you think of the row in terms of "top 4" houses or "top 5" and why? Which houses are really into Greek life / look down on people not part of Greek life?
