FYI There is no core 4. There is a core 3 of DG,Kappa and Theta. Although you will see a lot of self ranking by Phi Phi claiming they belong with those just mentioned or even higher ranked than those mentioned everyone knows they are no where near THE CORE 3. Pi Phi might be a good option if you can’t get into the core 3 but there are also other mid tier sororities that are probably even better than Pi Phi
