I'm not an Alpha Phi (so no self-ranking here), and I think it's a great house (definitely UPPER tier) and improving every year. Great sisterhood, scholarship, philanthropy, campus involvement and social calendar! I am sure the APhis are welcoming to transfers and you'll feel like you've been there since Day 1!
