Top frats are: defined by: 1. Who parties with top sororities 2 Size - larger is better 3. Quality of members: Varsity athletes, models, actors, sons of famous people etc. 4. Alumni network but to a lesser extent than 1-3 5. Even less extent philanthropy, community relations etc. By that definition the ONLY TOP HOUSES at USC are TKE Sigma Chi and to a lesser extent AEPi. Lambda Chi does not meet any of the above criteria except for maybe number 2 and number 4,5.
