OK let's set the record straight: Phi Psi and Lambda are both top houses and you could argue both of them as the number one house. TKE and Sig nu are almost interchangeable at this point but there seems to be a consensus that TKE is on a downward trend. And from everyone I talk to there is considerable separation from those two houses and ZBT who clearly have a lot of self rankers on this website.
