Pretty close BUT, imo, Theta has moved down, Pi Phi hasn't moved up since declining, and Alpha Phi hasn't improved but is still at the stagnant level that is tied with Pi Phi. It's commonly accepted Theta>Pi Phi>APhi but they're basically on the same level but varying based on personal preference. Of course DG/Kappa are duking it out for #1 and #2. Tridelt I don't see declining (definitely not in a "downfall"), but ADPi is tied with them too. Gamma Phi is declining, and SDT is definitely better than AXO, improving even with a house somewhere west of Hoover. So Gamma Phi>SDT> AXO for now. DG/Kappa Theta/Pi Phi/Alpha Phi Tridelt/ADPi GPhi/SDT AXO (at least until FR 12?)
