Lilly Pulitzer isn't big here. Like, at all. For Convo Days: Dress how YOU would dress to a brunch at a nice hotel with extended family. So...if that's white pants and a floral top with wedges, or a sundress with sandals, whatever. It's all about who you are. Do your hair and makeup, but do your hair and makeup how you normally style it, maybe nicer. If you don't do hot curling irons and natural makeup (as in you're more of an eyeliner girl than a bare-faced girl), then don't do it for recruitment! Each round gets more formal. Be yourself, but respect it like a dress code but dress individually within the dress code. You know? So house tours even a nice pair of pants would be not in the dress code. But a dress or a top and skirt would be ok. The style, however, up to you. Slideshow, a dress. Pref, a nicer dress, like a classy afternoon date (so much less formal than semi-formal, but still the most dressed up out of the days.) I suggest heels only after house tours
