Rush at USC is very competitive and exhausting. You'll be rushing with 750-800 girls (at the end only half get bids bc girls drop, etc). But if you go through the process the right way then you'll end up at the right house for you. The reason that i believe only half get placed is because a huge number of girl only want the top houses and when they dont get invited back they drop. FR starts with a general info session at bovard where you meet your recruitment counselors. This year there will be 2 convo days and 10 houses to visit (SDT is doing convo days but not all of formal). Each day you will visit 5 houses where you go and meet the girls from the house. Off of this when you leave on the second day you meet with your RC and you rank the houses in order of preference for you. Then the houses do the same. If youre a freshman or a sophomore you usually get invited back in up to 6 houses but if youre a junior you get invited back to two houses. At this round everyone gets invited back
