Definitely. I do think (or hope) most people know that what goes on in this sidebar is at least a little more reliable than the individual rankings at right. I mean to clarify one thing, and to current students it sounds picky but it's an important point for PNMs (who shouldn't be on here, but you know how it is). Gamma Phi and Sig Delt are definitely middle tier houses. Below Tridelt and ADPi to be sure, but they have certainly distinguished themselves to be beyond bottom houses. Gamma Phi has fallen but due to rep still mixes with some pretty decent frats. SigDelt has certainly earned a move up from beyond the bottom tier. Just wanted to make that distinguishment. Not to lessen your words because I agree with all of it, but you know how terrified PNMs are of, especially of "bottom" houses, and ADPi, Tridelt, Gamma Phi, and SigDelt all have great things to offer, besides the top/upper house of course
