disagree. top 3 (kappa, dg, followed closely by theta). then upper 2 (pi phi, a phi). then the rest that don't really matter if you think pi phi, theta, kappa, and dg are all equal it just shows how stupid this old "top 4" thing is. sadly the top 4 is dead, which sucks because it was such a strong usc tradition and shows declining greek life in general.
