OK I'm the last person to defend these houses but be real. Retention rate is a not a good indicator because alpha phi lost like half their pledge class (same with axo) and i'm sure sdt has a great retention rate because there's no way to get "stuck" there, girls choose to be there. Also there seems to be unnecessary hating on agd. I get that they're still new-ish and no sorority wants to say they're above their own house but saying they're on par with axo and sdt is a bit of a joke. Axo's own prez quit and they have to pay to have social events, and sdt isn't even on the row. I'm honestly not too familiar with gamma phi's social calendar, but it seems they mix with some/most of the same houses? I'm not saying they're a top tier house. But all the hating is really not encouraging of new houses on the row.
