Kappa and Alpha Phi are both great houses. As for the rankings for 2012: Kappa/DG Theta Pi Phi/Alpha Phi Tridelt ADPi Gamma Phi/SDT AXO--I put AXO separate because I do not think they are at the same level as the other 2 lower tier houses.
