Dear PNMs Chapters that do cob don't know until after rush. After bid day they will see how many spots they have left open and/or If they have sisters graduating in first term that they can replace. The chapters will advertise it on their PR in October if they are doing cob. In January panhel organizes a panhel wide cob but some chapters do it on their own as well. Always email the recruitment chair of each chapter if you have q's. Find that info on their website. Cob is less structured and intense. Usually one or two small get to gethers in a chapter's room, doing cupcake decorating or something. They can also invite you to some outside activity like coffee dates or dinner. It's more informal than formal recruitment. -yo momma
