I mean one hand, yes. That makes perfect sense. But on the other, how can you possibly do that within the 10-15 minutes you get to talk to each chapter? "Hey how're you enjoying recruitment so far?" You can't really open with "oh uhm well I know my grades leave something to be desired but I'm working really hard with resources XYZ and plan ABC to be better"
