alot of reasons: -bad grades -didn't ask q's, sat there and was quiet and showed no personality or interest in the chapter -limited spots, meaning if alot of girls want x chapter then that chapter has upper hand because they only invite back the "best" -weren't as well rounded as other pnms, keep it mind pnms are ranked in comparison to others who may have great grades, involvement, fun personality, etc
